Disclaimers
Torii House Phonograph Co. values transparency, respect for our audience, and the full legal protection of our creative works and intellectual property.
Product Production & Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Torii House Phonograph Co. develops fictional artist personas and their associated creative works. Each project may incorporate a range of production methods, including traditional writing, recording, mixing, print‑on‑demand services, AI tools, and other experimental techniques. AI tools are used but do not constitute the foundation of our creative process. Torii House does not operate as an “AI studio,” nor do we produce technology demonstrations, seek investment, or aim to compete with mainstream or individual acts. AI involvement is openly disclosed where required by platform policies. All creative direction, worldbuilding, and final decision‑making are conducted by human contributors. Further details on our general production standards may be found here.
Press Coverage
Members of the press are asked to clearly indicate whether coverage refers to the fictional personas as represented by our label or to their nature as artificial constructs, in order to avoid confusion between the branded characters and the underlying artistry.
Character Likeness & Intellectual Property Rights
All character likenesses and related assets are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and publicity rights laws in Texas and under U.S. federal law. These protections apply to all digital platforms, websites, products, and services operated by or affiliated with Torii House Phonograph Co.
Intellectual Property Protection
Our content, including visual designs, character concepts, branding materials, and proprietary digital creations, is safeguarded under Texas intellectual property statutes (including the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act and Texas Copyright Statute) and federal protections such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement actions.
Licensing Requirements
Any third-party use of our likenesses, assets, or intellectual property requires advance licensing without exception. Licensing inquiries should be directed to contact@toriihousephonograph.co.
